This is a required step in the Archefusion onboarding process to verify your business’s legitimacy and the identity of its representatives. Required information includes:
  1. Company registration number: Provide the number and supporting documents. E.g., Certificate of incorporation.
  2. Tax ID: Provide your valid Tax ID and its documents.
  3. Owners and Directors: Provide at least one owner’s or director’s information, including name and ID (E.g., NIN, driver’s license, or passport).
  4. Office utility bills: Provide a recent office utility bill. E.g., electricity.

Verification timeline

Archefusion’s business verification typically takes 24-48 hours. However, if there are issues with your verification, the Archefusion team will contact you by email.
