# KYB (Know your business) verification process

This is a required step in the Archefusion onboarding process to verify your business's legitimacy and the identity of its representatives.

Required information includes:

1. **Company registration number**: Provide the number and supporting documents. E.g., Certificate of incorporation.

2. **Tax ID**: Provide your valid Tax ID and its documents.

3. **Owners and Directors**: Provide at least one owner’s or director's information, including name and ID (E.g., NIN, driver's license, or passport).

4. **Office utility bills**: Provide a recent office utility bill. E.g., electricity.

## Verification timeline

Archefusion’s business verification typically takes 24-48 hours. However, if there are issues with your verification, the Archefusion team will contact you by email.

## Common rejection reasons and how to fix them

1. **Invalid critical details**: You provided invalid critical details, such as business registration number, Tax ID, or other information.

**How to fix**: Provide valid details and thoroughly review them before you submit for verification.

2. **Mismatched business information**: Your provided details, such as business name, address, registration number, and others, do not match the details in the submitted document.

**How to fix**: Ensure all details are consistent and resubmit for verification.

**3. Blurry or expired documents**: Submitted documents are blurry or have expired.

**How to fix**: Upload clear and valid documents for verification.
