# Account management

> Learn how to create and manage multiple merchant accounts, switch between accounts, and update your profile information on Archefusion."

Archefusion allows you to create and manage multiple merchant accounts for your businesses. This feature comes in handy when you run multiple businesses. For example, if you operate both a food delivery and a logistics company, you can create a separate merchant account for each, with its own independent payment gateway integrations.

## How to create multiple merchant accounts

**Step 1**: [Log in](https://app.archefusion.com/sign-in) to your first merchant account on Archefusion or [sign up for one](https://app.archefusion.com/sign-up).

**Step 2**: Click your profile icon at the bottom of the right navigation bar.

**Step 3**: Select the “Add new merchant” option.

**Step 4**: Enter your merchant name and click “Create” to create your merchant account.

This should automatically create a new merchant account.

## How to switch between merchant accounts

  **Step 1**: Click your profile icon at the bottom of the left navigation bar.

  **Step 2**: Select the merchant account you want to switch to.

  **Step 3**: Enter the OTP sent to your email to complete the switch.

  **Step 1**: Log out of your current account.

  **Step 2**: Log in and select the merchant account you want to access.

  **Step 3**: Enter the OTP sent to your email to log in to our merchant account.

## What you need to know about managing multiple merchant accounts

1. Each merchant account exists independently with its own API keys, transaction data, team members, and settings.

2. Each merchant account requires a mandatory onboarding process to verify your business's legitimacy and the identity of its representatives.

## Account personalization

As a merchant, you can personalize your personal account for a more customized experience. You can add your brand logo, contact details, and other profile information.

### How to update your profile

**Step 1**: Log in to your account.

**Step 2**: Navigate to “Settings” > “Profile.”

**Step 3**: Click the “Edit” button and update your profile.

**Step 4**: Click “Save” to confirm your changes.
